I'm a counsellor based in south-west London, offering online, written, and counselling outdoors for individuals and couples / partners.

I'm integrative in my approach to counselling, which means we'll draw on a range of theories, models, and methods to help us in our work. My practice is informed by an understanding of trauma.

I hold a Masters degree in Counselling, and have undertaken further post-qualifying training to offer counselling online, outdoors, and for intimate partner relationships. I'm a registered member of BACP and ACC, and I tutor in Counselling at postgraduate level.
