Counselling Outdoors

Having counselling outdoors gives us opportunities to work in creative and experiential ways.
​
We'll plan a route that you're comfortable with and travel it together during our session. We may spend time resting, or pausing to engage with our environment.
​
Any issue that you'd bring to 'regular' therapy, you are welcome to bring to Counselling Outdoors.
​
We'll have a video or phone call before our first session to discuss practicalities. I'm delighted to work outdoors with clients who have particular mobility needs - let's find something that will work for you.
​
(Counselling Outdoors is sometimes called 'Walk and Talk Counselling', or 'EcoTherapy')
