I'm a counsellor and supervisor based in south-west London, offering online, written, and counselling outdoors for individuals and couples / partners.

I'm integrative in my approach to counselling and supervision, which means we'll draw on a range of theories, models, and methods to help us in our work. My practice is informed by an understanding of trauma.

I hold a Masters degree in Counselling, and have completed further post-qualifying training in counselling online, outdoors, and for intimate partner relationships, and counselling supervision. I'm an accredited member of BACP and ACC, and I teach Counselling at postgraduate level.
